“I’m so happy with my home! I’m grateful to have found my Truoba house plan and the ability to customize it to perfectly fit my needs. My plan is only about 1,200 square feet but “lives” much larger – it’s cozy for a small group but easily accommodates a gathering of 15+ people without feeling too tight. My lot has gorgeous forest views in all directions that are enjoyed from the large windows in every room. Some of my favorite features of the house include the openness of the great room (it includes the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces all under a tall ceiling) and the oversized covered porch… I enjoy this outdoor space nearly year-round with my friends & family, even in the colder Michigan seasons with the help of the indoor/outdoor fireplace. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment & great memories in this awesome house!”
